My experience in 2018 was bad. Why? I signed up for the Jerusalem tour and ask for a roommate. Well they did find me a roomate. The problem was They gave my information to my roommate without even asking me or calling me first at least someone could have text me or email me that s someone or your roomate will capntact you. But NO they just give it to her where I leave all the information knowing I don t know the person. (Thank God she was NOT a serial killer) that s is the part that s was BAD.
About the tour and the tour guide in Israel it went well. that I will give 4star.
