Full disclosure: I was politely asked by iiNet if I'd like to leave a review, and because I sincerely am happy with the service I get, I thought I would. I've been with iiNet for a very long time (even since the AAPT days) and have always found them to be extremely helpful on the rare occasions I need to call support. And here's something I found surprising: when they say they're going to call back to check on something, they actually call back! I also get Fetch services through iiNet and I'm *very* happy with that.
