In my opinion extremely questionable! We use billing & order since 2011 but have never commissioned an ABO or something active (although we have always accepted the annual updates, but not that we have here actively decided for an annual turn, here it is so it seems so just pulled into a program just because my updates have been done so far). Nevertheless, we put here a product / update in front of the nose which year after year is more expensive, in parts in question or for us not useful extensions, who needs that i. O. we certainly not. For us, the update makes no sense at present if we want to commission / buy this actively. 2016 Once again the CD etc. found in the mailbox. Since we do not need that is the whole thing in the bin disappeared, because not ordered! Now you argue in customer service you would have to send it back! So what I do not order I do not have to send back. It would be better if the customer asks if he needs the update and then to send the package Willigen, instead of pushing something on the eye! The service is also very brash and absolutely not accommodating, if you can say so, because as repeatedly written was nothing ordered, nothing actively ordered and not actively triggered a ABO. I find it very outrageous and for such a company a no go! It is now insisted that the RE of an update that I do not use and would not use will be paid, because I threw a package in the trash, which I did not order because it was sent only on suspicion to us ... I think extremely ridiculous and the practice questionable! I have told the good woman in the service that I do not use the update (where is the difference if the package is in the garbage or returned? You can see that an update and thus the license is not used, so no one can accuse me use the update and do not pay), so I do not accept the performance and therefore will not settle the bill.
