The weather was very hot in Yangon so we spent more time in the hotel than usual. We enjoyed the hotel facilities especially the horizon club. The team of staff there was attentive, polite, cheerful and hardworking. We would like to commend the service rendered by Zaw Lin. He speaks good English and shared a lot of information about Yangon and gave us clear direction to various attractions. Overall the team of staff is good. A big thank to Zaw Lin, Nwe, ChoZin, Nang, THET, Mike and Khin Zar. Please keep up the great effort and service. On the ground floor, reception team, security team and restaurant staff in Sule Cafe and Summer Palace were also very pleasant. Housekeeping is excellent too. The room is clean and tidy.
