This was the biggest disappointment of my eating life. Overly salted escargot app. Pecan crusted drum had no discernible pecans and was doused in Cajun seasoning. Frankly I could have destroyed the meal as easily at home. Do not recommend and my thoughts are with the graduates of this supposed culinary delight.
