Worse experience ever, if I could give them -10, I would.
We were approved with CMLS for a standard mortgage, a couple of days before closing they sent our lawyer the instructions, we signed all pertaining documents the day before closing, left in trust our down payment, in other words everything one does for closing.
On the morning of closing the underwriter for CMLS decides to request more documentation that we could not possibly get in only a few hours, they therefore retain payment and we did not close, once they had what they wanted asked for more.
A nightmare is an understatement, we had to leave our apartment due to the fact that our landlord were we were living had already rented it out, we paid the movers twice, 10 days of storage, hotel bill of 10 days and luckily the sellers didn t sue us.
We finally ended up closing with another lender.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM CMLS!! They can be a box of surprises.
