Terrible dealership that doesn t know how to answe...

Terrible dealership that doesn t know how to answer the frickin phone. I bring in my wife s $120,000 car, and they can t pick up the phone for a status check?! Unacceptable. Three days go by and I hear nothing. All I needed was an oil change and alignment. Then I go up there and I m upset, and they say it s been done for two days. Then they try to upsell me saying it needs another $700 worth of work? I don t think so wise guy. And Then they never have loaners. This is Mercedes! They should NEVER be out of loaners. I wish I lived closer to my old dealership, I never had a problem with them. Oh well. Thinking about buying an Equus anyway. My neighbor has two of em, and they do some pick up service where they come to you, and drop off a loaner. I asked my advisor, Alex or something like that, if they had that, and he said that s only for specific customers. What a six figure luxary car doesn t make me qualify?? Is it because I bought the vehicle elsewhere? No explanation... nothing... Nice job guys.... Anyway the work they did was fine, the car is good, but with that service, it makes it not even worth it...
