I am in several databases for different companies....

I am in several databases for different companies. This particular one is hit or miss. I wasted a lot of time going through many questions to be put on hold and the come back and have met their "quota". In other words not want they want. They don't keep track of participation history either. My time is valuable! After getting told they met the quota-I got an email urging me to a survey for that same study!!! I find that rude and unorganized!
