I contacted them for their "triple play" (tune-up heater, A/C & water heater). I have two systems with A/C & heater and a split system, they told me I needed three "triple plays". I didn't agree, but paid anyway.

When the guy showed up, he checked voltages and looked at things. He did not adjust, clean or "tune-up" a thing. When outside looking at the A/C units, he told me it was too cold to check it and he would have to charge me more to come back. (I told him I would discuss that with the main office.) After done, he sat in his truck, smoked a cigarette, and came back with a handwritten list of what he thought needed to be done with prices. There was no explanation of why and nowhere to go to get more information. He insisted he could not leave the list, but I did take a picture.

I contacted the main office through email and phone. They said they would send someone out to check the A/C but had no explanation of the handwritten list. We scheduled a return visit. They called the wrong day to come out. I told them when it was scheduled a different day. We rescheduled again. My appointment was between 9 & 11. The office called at 10:30 stating he was on his way. At 11:45 he called and said he was 15 minutes away. I told him not to bother because I had to be somewhere else by 1 and they had lost all credibility with me. The main office called to reschedule, but (by this time) I don't trust them to come back to my home.

I recommend you avoid them as well to not have the same experience.

9/26/18 Update. Google sent me this review that it has been reviewed by 510 people and wanted to know if I wanted to see it. I looked at it and would like to comment on the response of the vendor 4 months ago. I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE to make this right. My initial review stands and I (even more firmly) feel this is a vendor to avoid!
