Walker Morris has a CCJ against me but gave me no information about it. I only found about it after running a credit check. Every time I call I'm told "Ben Rosser" will call me back or leave a voicemai and he'll call me back. No-one has called me back, I left my first voicemail 2 weeks ago, I've left countless messages for him to call me back and every time he is either "on lunch" or "away from his desk". Apparently there's another lady I can talk to but she's always on the phone or busy. I literally cannot talk to anyone to discuss a CCJ I have no knowledge about. I'm going to have to get legal advice, as I'm pretty sure you have to inform someone when opening a CCJ and at least be there to discuss the details.
