Not quite so happy with their service and the time...

Not quite so happy with their service and the time it takes to process their claims. They did cover my interior damages but refused to cover the external damages of the dwelling. Cause of loss is apparently not covered, only loss. For as much as I pay I expected better service and treatment. I pay over 5k a year for coverage, by no means cheap. Totally disappointed to the point I'm thinking of changing companies.

Update: So after paying over 25k for 5 years. We file one claim for 9k and then they dropped us. This has to be the worst insurer in florida. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
