Overrated hotel. Very good at taking money for every possible request even though I had taken full package hotel+spa package+2 star restaurant (I have not digested yet that you have to add an extra 15euros for nail color although you have booked a very expensive spa package that includes a pedicure...) but not good at ensuring attention to customer experience (our dietary requirements were completely messed up, we had to beg for an extra 15mn for checkout time although we were late because of their own delay at the spa...). You get a phone call from customer relations to understand what went wrong, they investigate and then come back saying : we re sorry, but our employees just followed the rules. Well let me give you a tip: change the rules especially when s/o books the full Monty
