Called four times over the span of two weeks, was ...

Called four times over the span of two weeks, was directed to service, and nobody ever picked up or called back (I left my name and number with each call). On my fifth call someone actually answered, but they were very rude. They spoke over me, talked to as if I were a baby or a dog, and treated me like I'm stupid. Every question I asked, they responded as though I should already know the answer. In example:
"The car's battery is completely dead, and I can't get into the car to pop the hood to charge it, what do I do?"
"Well maybe you should use your key since that's what opens the car door"
Answers just like this with every question I asked, very poor attitude, acted irritated that I had even called. I never got a name.
I understand that people have bad days, and I understand that some answers to some questions are very obvious (I work in the customer service field), but this was all uncalled for.
I got on the phone with a dealership in Tulsa and they were much better at handling the call. I will be going there instead.
