At terminal 2 the services are not organized too good, really long time to wait to the desk. At least at Easyjet one hour in queue. Many people have to run minutes before flight departing. And some workers refusing to answer in English,or call the last call in English. Second time here, same story .
2 hours before flight its not enough. Take longer time if you want also stop or eat something before your flight.
