While reading the Columbus Dispatch this month (August, 2020), I was happy to notice the advertisement for T.Y. Fine Furniture, which offers "Stressless" reclining chairs. My wife and I stopped by the store to observe and try out the chairs which were amazingly comfortable. Having arthritic issues, I was very pleased to find a chair in which I could sit and every joint felt at ease in. Arletta McDonald, the Sales Manager, was very polite and professional in answering all our questions, and assisting us in choosing a chair of our choice. One of the floor models was able to be delivered to our home within two days, and another model had to be custom made and ordered from Europe within 3 months. John Columbo and his assistant, who delivered the first chair, were very courteous and arrived ahead of the scheduled time, notifying us along the way as to their arrival time. All in all, it was a wonderful experience dealing with the personnel at T. Y. Fine Furniture, and their products are first class.
