Nice, clean. The customs experience was average. Not the worst, not the best, but better than most US entries. Watch out for the huksters once you get out of customs. Some have little badges that to be airport staff (helpfully in English) who will try to steer you to one of their rip off stations. Get some cash at the ATM, get in line for the taxi, ignore any advice to the contrary. Just make sure you have a "taxi card" from your hotel. Most hotels have these available to print out on line before you leave home. You just show these to the taxi starter, she/he will direct you to a cab, and off you go. Make sure the driver starts the meter or you can get severely ripped off. At a reputable hotel, when you arrive, the bell staff won't let the driver leave until all of your bags are out of the cab and you have your receipt.
