Terrible hold times. Non sympathetic staff no willingness to work with people I actually can tell you I miss the services in my previous states cause they would at least work with people on a payment plan. Monopoly gone wild and out of control. Horrible service will be really glad to move away from such a service. Now 2018 when they screw up and take an extra payment they refuse to refund it will be reporting them to the BBB. If we cancel at the bank they said they put us on Cash only. The company is run by Neanderthal of idiots!
