I actually don't mind taking my Rav4 into Mike Jo...

I actually don't mind taking my Rav4 into Mike Johnson's Toyota, my service adviser Jill Francis is always there to makes my life easier when it comes to my Rae The Rav4. She even gave me her cell phone number so I can call her even when she's not at work, she treats me with the upmost respect, she never tries to push me into a repair that is not necessary or one that i can't afford she always considers my finances; she even remembers that my son has an accounting degree and that my son picked out my Rav4, named it Rae and that i run any recommendations by him before approving them to be done. It's not so much that she remembers that, as it is the fact that my son lives in California and had given me a lecture about not taking Rae anywhere else for service, Jill always says, so are you ready to make that California call and get Joseph's approval. So Wednesday evening Joseph and i were discussing Rae needed a tire rotation and possibly the spark plugs changed, he informed me to call Jill and confirmed that i had her card; so, after hanging up with Joseph, i called Jill and asked if she could set me an appointment for my tire rotation, she advised me that she was away from her desk and asked me if i minded sending her a text so she could take care of it as soon as she got back to her desk, i gladly sent her the text per her request. Jill called me back and even sent an email and text with appointment time, i asked if i should have my spark plugs changed at tire rotation or wait until it was time to change my oil, she suggested i go ahead and change the spark plugs as it was recommended at my last oil change & tire rotation and she advised that she had me setup for 9am Thursday morning. Upon arrival Thursday morning, Jill was there to greet me and got me settled. She's more like a friend than someone that works at a car dealership; my son and i both think she's the BEST OF THE BEST, he has been known to call her regarding my Rav4 from California, we always get a huge laugh out of it, Jill and i both agree that not everyone is as lucky as I am to have a son that care's about making sure his mother's vehicle is reliable and getting the proper care it needs and not more than it needs. Jill is always so patient and caring, i'm more than pleased to have her as my service adviser, in fact, i feel VERY BLESSED! While I was sitting in the waiting area Jill made sure i had everything i needed, you know, like coffee... after a little while Jill came and showed me the list of recommendations that needed to be done at this time and she already had an estimated amount the recommendations were going to cost and asked if i needed a minute to call California. I told her not this time and to go ahead and with the recommendations on the list she showed me. She came and sat with me for a while to make sure i was comfortable and kept me updated as the work was being done on my Rav 4. Jill Francis is a WONDERFUL person and if Mike Johnson's Toyota ever lets her go, I may have to take my Rae The Rav4 elsewhere for service. Jill is awesome and i appreciate her knowledge, truthfulness, friendliness and guidance when it comes to my Rae The Rav4 . I would most definitely recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Mike Johnson Toyota and you know it, i recommend Jill Francis as an adviser.
