TOURISTS BEWARE! I live locally and was treated with the most disgusting Customer Service. Spoke with front desk, who was rude, asked for Reservations. Spoke with Michelle who sounded as if I was bothering her. Wanted to book a room for Winter Fest. They had NO idea when it was or when they could take a res. Asked for the Manger, Denise. She was in a meeting. Called back, Front desk transfers me to Darlene. Darlene should be fired! Also seemed bothered, did not take my info and say she would have someone get back with me. Just said, I have no idea and can't help you!!! REALLY? Asked for The General Manger name wondering if he would like to take my reservation. Darlene said " He won't take your call! LOL don't bother. I only stay at a 5 star hotel and was skeptical with the 3 star rating. I thought I am local, it will be fun. THE RATING SHOULD BE A number 1!! Mr. General Manager, you should be very concerned about the level of customer service received when booking a reservation.
