My child attended this summer camp. Observations: the camp registered far more children than they had facilities to accommodate; the staff were rude to parents so when my child reported that the staff had yelled at her, it was easy to believe. In fact my child reported being yelled out many times during the camp (refer back to registering more children than they had ability to accommodate). Most disturbingly, the children are expected the change from clothes into swimsuits in one large room together with no accommodations for privacy should children want. This is *completely* unacceptable. For older children who may be more body conscious, being forced to undress in a room of other children is mortifying. Additionally, my child reported that on more than one occasion the door to the changing room was left open so they were exposed while naked to other campers, staff, and any other passers by. I notice that another reviewer complained about this same issue, so this is clearly an ongoing problem. READ: the camp has no concern for the welfare of campers. I would never....ever....recommend this camp. It is abusive and uncaring, when it should be a happy, joyful experience for children.
