My 8 year old daughter and I LOVED the museum! We both really enjoyed the miniature town with tiny roadways. I also enjoyed the black art. The bonus was signing my daughter up for the children's membership. She and 1 adult can get in free until she turns 18. AWESOME! A few of the exhibits were closed, so I'm sure we'll return again. I believe the membership also offers discounts on certain things. The children's museum is super cute. We spent about 45 minutes in there painting.
P.S. there is a portion of the museum you are not allowed to photograph. The staff is very helpful in letting you know where photography is welcome, but remember, no flash. We spent 3 1/2 hours here. Plenty of time. Also the Tar museum is on the same lot.
