DO NOT USE. While the UI is easy to navigate, the site is ALWAYS down (see below) in the MIDDLE of a trading day.
This is really awful for traders and investors, they can't even buy and sell when they need to cause the site is down so much causing potential loss of money because we can't trade!
Horrible experience waiting in line calling into the call center for 45 mins to 1 hour to trade because the website is down.
