Very smooth transaction. Dealt mostly with Alex Ordonez. I was able to put a hold on a hard to find vehicle before it even hit the lot. I drove about 2 hours because this was the only dealership that wasn't getting over on customers and marking up their prices over MRSP. I was skeptical to drive so far and they change their story once I was on the lot. But NOPE! They kept their word, gave me the price I was quoted and a good price for my trade. Everything was quick and easy. I walked out with a brand new 2019 Toyota RAV4 XSE with my must have packages (Technology & Cold Weather package with panoramic sunroof) in the very popular Blizzard Pearl color. I am one happy customer. Oh yea.....Alex was off at 3pm and he stayed just to make sure I received my Car and everything went smoothly. I did not get there until about 3:15pm and he stayed until 5pm for me. THANK YOU! Everyone was friendly that I came across and I am thankful I found their dealership and made that drive. I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE!
