I want to thank Phil in your service department. We had a problem with the electric on one of our couches. Phil thought it might be one of the motors. Phil got right back to us to figure out which motor we might need, but when our neighbor who is an electrician we found it it was the cord . When the couch was originally set up the cord was put under the structure of the couch and finally shorted out, so no motor was needed. The follow up by Phil was great. You have a wonder employee.
