Stupid.

Stupid.
Didn't owe any balance on the credit card n still yanked money out of my commbank account on a direct debit.
Rang them to explain, half assed customer service personnel didn't bother paying attention goes "well if u haven't cancelled the card it'll still have payments taken out..". arrogant.. then dumb.
Closed my account with them. don't need to deal with this quality of ppl and as it is the rudimentary piece o $hit banking "app" they offer which is really just a web page access in the form of an app.
