I'm sure they offer an excellent service, my son and I were very much looking forward to going on a tour with them. We were driving in from Salt Lake City for a tour we had booked with them three months in advance, we were 9 hours in to our 11 hour drive and they text me our trip was canceled. This was only 19 hours before we were scheduled to be on the tour. The explanation given was a family canceled at the last minute and they can't send it out with nobody on it and lose money. I'm sympathetic to them running a business but canceling on me 19 hours before the tour that I had booked for three months is unacceptable in my opinion. My son and I were unable to find a replacement tour at such a late notice and I ended up going to the next destination on our vacation a day early and eating a $104 hotel room and adding several hundred miles for an unnecessary stop. They gave me my deposit back but only offered an apology otherwise. I thought long and hard about how to handle this and leaving a review seemed like the fairest option. They cost me money, and time on my family vacation with my son. It was very upsetting. I wish it had not come to this.

Just keep it in mind when booking with them. Based on other reviews this does not seem to be a consistent problem but there is a chance they will cancel on you without notice.
