More recently, I have been impressed with the quality customer service I have been receiving by the only service adviser I recommend, Agustin. Each time I need to get my car service, he takes care of me and gets me in and out in no more than 5 mins. This has been a great improvement from what I had dealt with in the past, and I appreciate how much they have stepped up their game.

In the past I've had to deal with disappointing service advisers who did not care for my concerns, nor ever answered my calls or messages. I would have to wait constantly, and started to think I was not worthy of their time. Thankfully, Augustin has consecutively shown respect and quality service each and every time I visit. I appreciate not having to wait around, and how far Northside Lexus has come in making improvements on their customer service.
