If I was given option of zero star instead of one ...

If I was given option of zero star instead of one star I would have given zero star itself. Nothing in the resort was like they have mentioned in online. Most of the buildings have been damaged and rooms are completely out of maintenance. Only plus thing is it's close to beach but so do lot of resort
