I ordered online when I showed up in the Archer store parking lot about 12:47. The email receipt said order ready about 1:08. At 1:25(after I called) someone came out and told me they usually only use space 1-5 for pickup. I am in 11 since the email states grab a spot in our parking lot and one of our team will bring your order... In addition, when I arrived 40 minutes before those spots were pretty full.
And she hands me the bag.

So, She s pawning off an about 20 minute old order. When I mentioned that she seemed shocked and asked if I wanted it remade.
After another 6-7 minute wait (all it should ve been in the first place), I received a dinky order of uncrispy okra, and an even more dinky coleslaw (the original coleslaw by the looks). No spoon, fork, salt, pepper, or napkin. Lunch at 1:35.
