Received a PCN on Friday 18/9/2020 which was my first notice of the parking charge but I moved address not long after the date of the PCN which is why I never received notice of this. I don t want to appeal my ticket as I do remember parking at that location and wasn t aware I needed ticket as I had never used the car park and it was next to co-op and thought it was the customer car park, I want to set up a payment plan as I cannot pay in full and it states on the letter i can make a payment plan of 12 monthly payments, I have 14days to contact but thier is no way to speak to an actual person, the payment line is automated and doesn t give the option to set up payment plan! Thiers no email! I even tried to just click on appeal just so I could write to someone and let them know I want to set up payment plan ASAP but I put my details in on the webpage several times to be told it wasn t the correct information which I know it was I even triple checked everything 4 times before i clicked submit and just keep getting the same msg, all Friday and today I have tried to contact someone and no avail it seems to be a running theme from reviews I have read. Could someone from the company please reply with a contact number where I can speak to a human? Or a valid email address I can contact to set up payment plan please? I will also try contact by post tomorrow! As it s last resort!
