I wouldn't trust FSEAP to treat a cold. Woefully disorganised, no duty of care, a revolving door of "councillors" where you will struggle to see anyone frequently as they all leave. You really get what you pay for and if their services are being covered by your medical I strongly advise you to seek out your own therapist and not rely on this money grabbing company to just throw you in with whoever is available when it suits them.

Awful, awful place.
