My approach really started on the wrong foot, since I contacted the customer service following a canvassing phone that went wrong (SPVIE independent phone marketer). I started to contact them via FB, I have a quick answer from Arthur, I was then contacted by Fabrice who advised me very well! I thank these two people for their patience and their advice. Be careful not to confuse SPVIE and the independent marketers who call you on their behalf (and who make forcing you not very correct)!
