I don t understand how they have any more than 1 Star!!!!! They accuse people of accidents they weren t even involved in! When it was explained that they have the wrong person with proof of that, they refused to listen and have continuously harassed since. THEY ARE NOT ATTORNEYS!! One lady HUNG UP mid phone call. THEY should be sued for some of the things they say and do. Clearly they aren t competent enough to understand they have the wrong person. Completely unprofessional. I m mind blown at how TERRIBLE their service is.
