the booking was a joke and had to ring serval time...
the booking was a joke and had to ring serval times to get a resolution, i thought there may have been a good will gesture at the room but there wasn't, when i called to query if the min fridge was inclusive, i was advised that it was charged until i requested that being checked, then i was advised it was inclusive, the coffee machine was out of service in the lounge on floor 8, so was unable to get a cappuccino. over all i think it was a very bad experience.
