I just got a "NOTICE OF PAST DUE AMOUNT AND POTENT...

I just got a "NOTICE OF PAST DUE AMOUNT AND POTENTIAL LEGAL ACTION" from them for a sling for a broken arm. This is the first letter we've received from them!!!! Why send such a threatening letter on the first attempt? Ridiculous. This company has horrible reviews everywhere so I'm sure they have to threaten people because they're close to going under. Hopefully they do. The bill was only $9. Why wouldn't I pay $9??????? I don't know if I'm mad at this ridiculous organization that calls themselves a company, or the doctor's offices that use this company because I'm sure they know about how horrible they are. It's not always smart to go with the lowest bidder.
