DO NOT GO HERE! They ROBBED me of my money!!! I bought a $60k unit from them and had to try four months to get ahold of the service department when they would finally answer they would hang up! When I finally got an appointment for my 12 month service it was there for a MONTH I made arrangements to come get it once I got there they had no idea my trailer was there or who I was, before giving it back they had me pay $900.00 when I saw my unit the battery was dead which servicing the battery was apart of the service I paid for my slide out still was greases or my awning along with EVERYTHING the service requires .. the only thing they did was put w40 on my stairs ... the service man that walked out with us agreed nothing was done AS WELL as the service manager Vinnie who we talked to 4 times which 2 he had an attitude like I was annoying him and I had to hear about what a bad day that he had...asked to speak to his boss Paul which he never even had the decency to call us ... end result they didn't give us any money back so now I'm going to dispute the charge and have my lawyer contact them
