The location of this hotel is really good. Centrally located in Shinjuku with the bonus of the subway stop. The drawback is was the staff. We asked that they phone on 2 occasions to make reservations and that seemd to be a issue. We also seemed to have a ticking sound from the bedframe light after you turned it off for 20 minutes each night we were turning in. Not that other hotel rooms are much cleaner but you could tell they did not move chairs to vacuum the floor. (found a used wrapper when we moved the chair. Avoid getting the meal tickets. The breakfast is not worth the time.
