Epitome of lots of polish and no substance. Service is beyond horrible. Bounced back and forth between answering machines for 2 hrs just to wait over 36 hrs for service advisor to get back to me whereby i canceled my appt.

Update: Gave them another try and had the opposite experience. Will give benefit of the doubt that it was a one off for now.
