Starting with construction in the lobby & dirty windows in the room, Kimpton really let me down this time. No coffee or tea in the room- you could help yourself to a skimpy tea & coffee selection in lobby. Employees seemed like really nice people but was provided no information in room about hotel & no one asked how my stay was when I checked out. No signage or info about what floor pool is on. Don't plan on eating here if you're gluten free or have any dietary restrictions. Restaurant waitstaff informed us that even with the note about gluten free options on the menu they would unable to provide any gluten free - vegetarian dishes for the weekend. & You have to pay $1 extra if you want milk with your granola. No food at the pool bar until 4pm but plenty of folks drinking. 3 valet persons & no doorman?
