Had a little confusion when an old account got transferred to Millennium. I wasn't sure how to get things back in order, especially while living in such a different time zone. Rich was a huge help. He made a point to get back to me at the earliest opportunity each time I had a new concern. Had a little issue with entering my home address into the online database so Rich stayed on the line and talked me through fixing the problem. How representatives troubleshoot random problems is a big reflection on how the company views its customers overall. Very satisfied.
