Overall not great, understaffed 45 min que to check in and check out !
Spa overpacked full of kids making a lot of noise and commotion, not exactly relaxing. Jacuzzi out of order.
Drinks at dinner arrived after a 40 min wait !
Fire alarm went off twice at 2.30am, and noisy guests woke us at 4am.
Spa slippers not present in room.
TV in room didn't work
Shower leaked on bathroom floor when showering
Most staff members didnt know what they were doing, very unorganised.
Overpriced for what it is, our bill was wrong over charged for drinks.
Located in some industrial area.
Limited menu for a Vegan
Ordering a drink the evening my wife waited 25 mins just to get served a few people pushed the que.
