I was belittled, disregarded, lied to and dismisse...

I was belittled, disregarded, lied to and dismissed. Had very very very bad experience with the buying process(I didn't buy) so a manager contacted me on my experience. He said that he would give me a credit over at the gift/supply/accessories shop but when I went over there they never heard of me. I stay at a hotel 2 nights only to be treated like this! Bad bad bad!
