I had a great experience. When i walked through the door i was immediately greeted and helped by the young lady at the door (didn't get her name). The item that i was looking for was in the exact place she said it would be. While trying to decide which brand to choose, Rhonda walked up to me to assist me. She answered all my questions and she was very nice. Thanks Best Buy for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE i received on this visit!
