on Aug 20th ordered lunch for family while on vacation; was told it would take over an hour - canceled the order and ate somewhere else; they still charged us. Family friend we went there with having exact same problem. Called them twice - informed them of the erroneous charge - was told the charge would be rescinded but they have not done so - now 2 weeks after the fact. Am in process of disputing through credit card company. Called owner again (Holly) third time -- another worker Chris Smith remembers the incident and can attest to the error. Owner claims she will "take care of it" but really just keeps giving the run around asking for the "order number" (?? who keeps the small receipt of a canceled order from 2 weeks ago?). Hoping credit card company come through as I am making no progress trying to talk directly to owner.
