Please be aware of the terrible customer service and policies this bridal salon operates BEFORE you make the decision to purchase any of their merchandise. Several Houston area wedding planners refuse to recommend this bridal salon to any of their brides because of the utter dissatisfaction with their customer service (or lack thereof). The quality of bridesmaid dresses we received were so poor that we were forced to purchase new dresses two weeks before the wedding. Brickhouse Bridal refused to issue refunds or contact their merchandiser to fix the problem. Even though they required a "fitting" the alterations were going to cost twice as much as the dresses. I would NEVER purchase my wedding gown from them and would never suggest Brickhouse to anyone. There are SO many wonderful places to purchase bridesmaids dresses in Houston so DO NOT take a chance with Brickhouse, it is not worth it.
