Lets start with the star being a minus 1. Customerservice is the most uninformed under paid employees in the industry. The provider lists are consistantly out dated, with only 50% of them actually being in practice. Urgent care facilitys are a joke if there are even any. The miliage in the directy of providers is made up by some point only they know because it sure isn't what mapquest or google maps list as miliage. Told lie after lie then basicaly ordered where to seak care. Gum chewing, lip smacking customerservice rep talks down to people like she has authority over customers lives or the choices they make. The game of just changing representatives when you ask to speak to supervisor is another pain when trying to gather information. If something don't change soon will not make another payment, that is the only way to make them notice.
