Was hoping for a better experience as being a loyal customer and buying the flagship phone Samsung fold.
Had to replace the rear phone cover due to a crack caused by dropping the phone, was surprised to know that the Samsung store in Dubai Mall didn't have the replacement part and needed 1 week to 10 days and the staff suggested to visit the Media City branch which I did the next day to be learnt that they also didn't have the part and need time. If someone buys a phone worth AED 7k and than he has to wait just for the part to be ordered I don't think it worth buying any Samsung product and I recommend all to please atleast buy HUAWEI phone and experience the customer services they provide. I had a HUAWEI P30 Pro and the bezel got damaged, they had it replaced in 1 hour and they changed the lcd free of cost.
