I have had the worst service from iiNet. From the day I called to set up new service it has been non stop problems, hours on the phone and everyone tells you a different story.
I have been told the problem would be fixed in 24hrs 8 days ago. When I ask for a refund they promise it will be working the next day but surprise surprise still nothing.
They have no problem taking your money but can't seem to provide a service.
