After having my vehicle repaired and explained all of my fluid were topped off. I drove home and the low oil light turned on. I messaged the adviser about the light going on and he told me to return for a complimentary oil top off. I went beck and was told an oil top off would not be done because the vehicle was out of warranty. I wish i would have known this before being told to take it in. I wasted my time. I also have been asking when the next oil change is needed, and after asking 3 times, i still haven't been told. I had a warranty repair done for bushings that were cracked and causing a thumping noise. Well after a 1 week, the noise is still there. I will not be returning for repairs or maintenance here. We were considering getting a new BMW, however, not likely anymore.
