Had a special billing set up to match a competitor and it seemed to be that my bill was always way high. Never get sent a bill only a little print out that always seemed to get lost was left at the house. And never stayed on schedual when they were supposed to deliver. Because my bill always got lost I forgot to pay it and in turn they would stop delivering water but continue to charge me on a bill even though I wasn't receiving water. I haven't paid my bill and have not heard from them in about 2 months. They don't even call me. And it's not like I don't have the money it's I just forget because I don't get a bill in the mail.
